Goal

Intermittent connection for most of the branches caused overall increase in turnaround time.

Customer expected below changes,

1. User should be able to control to go permanent online/offline for the branch server. No intermittent transactions tanking required.
2. Ping of every second to be removed
3. Untanking thread can be made scheduled job which will run based on parameter and remove the retry count.
