Cell ID: BHDM1420 is for Loans secured by real estate: Loan Purpose types rule and the logic does not have a built to exclude all loans extended, serviced, collected, and insured by FmHA (report in Schedule HC-B, item 2, ‘‘U.S. government agency obligations.’’) Also exclude loans for farm property construction and land development purpose (report in Schedule HC-C, item 1(a) above).
