Successful email alert is sent to customer even when host returns error

An email alert is sent to customer even when there is an error coming from host during a transfer.
Email is sent to customer saying transaction is initiated and authorized however there is an error from host "insufficient balance" and shows another message that (Transaction submitted for Internal Account Transfer having reference xxxxxxxxxxx has been Auto Authorized) but system do not post any accounting entries.System should show correct message on screen and email alert should be sent with correct message.
AC-OVD02 Available Amount for Account xxxxxxxxxx ¯ter this Entry is XXXX-
1.Login with user.
2.Initiate Internal account transfer with amount more than account balance.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue,Email is sent to customer saying transaction is initiated and authorized however there is an error from host "insufficient balance" and same status is being shown on the screen.
