After applying Patch set 7, TD open have error on selecting payout instruction.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

TD open should work seamlessly upon selecting payout instruction.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as corporate user
2. Go to TD open
3. Click to select payout instruction.
