Customer Name Not Completely Shown In "View Initiated Transactions" for Admin User (Doc ID 2454797.1)

Symptoms

When admin user checks the "View Initiated Transactions",  Name column shows incomplete customer name i.e. only Salutation and part of first name is shown, Last name is not shown.


STEPS
-----------------------
1. Login through Flexcube Direct Banking (FCDB) admin user and go to “View Initiated Transactions” tab.
2. Click on any transaction pertaining to User Management or Role Management.
3. Click on the reference number. Details of the selected transaction will be shown.
4. Name column displays incomplete customer name.
