pop-up is saying the connection is closed in RRS when action taken. (Doc ID 2455096.1)

Symptoms

Version: 8.0.2

 

Whenever a user tries to create a SAR, a pop-up is saying the connection is closed. The SAR does get created successfully and can be seen in RRS. This seems to happen sporadically.

Error message is in log .
