E-Receipt Option Not Available To The User On Bill Payment Confirmation Screen Even Though E-Receipt Option Is Enabled (Doc ID 2458620.1)

E-receipt option is not available to the user after bill payment, even though that option is enabled

When e-receipt is enabled in transaction aspepts by admin, Then that is not visible to the user when he does bill payment transaction on click of confirm button.

Simulation steps:
1.Login as superadmin and go transaction aspect
2. search for bill payment and enable e-receipt.
3.Login as user
4.Go to bill payments and click on confirm.
