E-receipt option is not available to the user after bill payment, even though that option is enabled
When e-receipt is enabled in transaction aspepts by admin, Then that is not visible to the user when he does bill payment transaction on click of confirm button.
1.Login as superadmin and go transaction aspect
2. search for bill payment and enable e-receipt.
3.Login as user
4.Go to bill payments and click on confirm.
