Symptoms

corrections required in case of BIC upload

Case1 : Exception table does not get populated with error in case the modification_flag in file is A whereas its gets populated in case modification_flag is M

Case2: The bic directory table is not populated with timestamp for Maker_dt_stamp and checker_dt_stamp column for upload files(only date gets populated)

If a user creates a BIC from front end the Maker_dt_stamp and checker_dt_stamp column is inserted/updated with correct timestamp

Case3 : Different error code to be populated in case error occurs while inserting into clearing code
