Transaction search screen in both Bank Portal [Txn Management > Transaction Search] and Customer Portal [Ext Invt Tracker - > Transaction Search] does not display results, hangs and impacts overall system performance, when user clicks the search/print buttons multiple times.
There are no changes in the environment, product, account and hardware which has triggered the issue.
