User details such as Date Of Birth and address are blank in My profile screen

When any user is created from Superadmin then all the user details are displayed in the user management screen. But when logged in with the particular user, my profile screen shows fields like Date of Birth and Address as blank.

Simulation steps:
1.Login as super admin
2.Go to user management and select the type of user and enter the username and click on search.
3.All the user details are displayed.
4.Login with the user with the above details.
5.Click on my profile.
6.Date Of Birth and Address fields are blank.
