Modifying Customer Names at FCUBS Does Not Get Reflected at FCDB (Doc ID 2459950.1)

Goal

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Changing customer names at FCUBS does not reflect in FCDB.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
If there is any Customer Information Change and the same is done at FCUBS side, same should get reflected at FCDB as well.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Admin Module of FCDB Application
2. Go to Customer management Customer Profile
3. Enter the Customer ID and Search and check if the change done at FCUBS reflects here – It will not get reflected

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the updated customer data.
