"Search Party Name" Operation In User Management Module Does Not Yield Any Result

When attempting to search for a user from the user management module, and click on a hyperlink "Search Party Name", no service is called and no search result is displayed.
the following error occurs.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as super admin
2. Go to user management
3. Select the user type.
4. Click on more options
5. Click on "search party name".
