OBDX System Is Allowing Admin to Add Duplicate User in Same Group (Doc ID 2460803.1)

Admin User is able to add duplicate User in same group. 

Simulation Steps
1. Login with Admin User and navigate to: Others --> User Group Maintenance

2. Enter any existing user group and search.

3. Click on edit.

4. Enter user name in user name lookup and same user (which is already existing in user group) and save.

5. Observe that system allows duplicate users in user groups .
