Symptoms

When trying to access application, application shows error 

ERROR
-----------------------
'system cannot process the request currently, please try again'.
 
OBDx logs show below warnings very frequently :

<Warning> <JDBC> <BEA-001594> <Forcibly releasing an already closed connection "weblogic.jdbc.wrapper.PoolConnection_oracle_jdbc_driver_T4CConnection@82219" back into the data source connection pool "NONXA".> 
<Warning> <JDBC> <BEA-001592> <Forcibly releasing inactive connection "weblogic.jdbc.wrapper.JTSConnection_oracle_jdbc_driver_T4CConnection@82003" back into the data source connection pool "DIGX".> 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps in customer environment using below steps:
1. Access OBDx URL
2. Enter Credentials and Click Enter
