New Corporate Users of Additional (Non-Default) Entity Are Not Able to Log in in OBDX (Doc ID 2466129.1)

New corporate users of the additional entity, not able to login in OBDX.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1> login with admin user.
2> Change the entity from the left side menu. (not default entity)
3> Do party preference for the party.
4> Go to user management and create corp user for the above party which preferences set.
5> Do account & transaction mapping for the user.
6> Login with created corp user. On first force change, password screen user will get the error "Party preference does not exist for this party".
