Corporate Preference Is Not Being Validated On Corporate User Creation Resulting In Error "Party Preferences Not Found" (Doc ID 2466603.1)

Symptoms

System is allowing to create corporate user without validating the corporate profile availability in system. Due to this, when such user is trying to login into the system, system throws error "party preferences not found".


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a user with a party whose preference is not set.
2. Log in with the same user.
3. The user is not able to log in into the application.
