On click on phone icon in alert customer details page only 5 phone numbers are displayed (Doc ID 2466759.1)

All the phone numbers are not visible in the alert page->customer tab, though they are available in DB(when checked in table) and also visible in UI(phone icon displays the total number) .
On click of the phone icon only 5 numbers are displayed and no scroll bar appears.
