How to display Closed Accounts Under My Accounts (Doc ID 2467247.1)

Goal

Defect Description:
Under My accounts widget, when we click on current & savings and select inactive/closed , no closed accounts are getting displayed

Steps to reproduce the Defect:
1. Log in with Retail user
2. Click on Current & Savings under My accounts widget
3. Select “inactive/closed” from drop down list
