KYC 6.2.4 - KYC Search By Customer Name Does Not Work (Doc ID 2468973.1)

Symptoms

Applies to:

On: FCCM 6.2.4 environment.
When performing a KYC case search by Customer name, the search does not return anything.
In order for results to be provided when supplying the customer name as search criteria, double spaces must be entered between the first name and last name, such as "ABC  XYZ".
