Exception Table Population In Case Of BIC Upload Failure In ISTB_BIC_DIR_PLUS (Doc ID 2469071.1)

Symptoms

Case wherein the BIC record got uploaded successfully in ISTM_BIC_DIRECTORY,however the exception table got populated with one record for ISTB_BIC_DIR_PLUS.

Simulation Steps
--------------------
1) Upload file BANKDIRECTORYPLUS_1_20201114.txt(attached) from ISDBICPU screen
2) Check from ISDBICDE screen(Record created successfully)
3) Upload file BANKDIRECTORYPLUS_2_20201114.txt from ISDBICPU screen
4) Check from ISDBICDE screen(Record created successfully)

However exception table is populated for the record in file BANKDIRECTORYPLUS_2_20201114.txt
The exception occurred because of failure to insert in ISTB_BIC_DIR_PLUS table

This could not be found from the exception table.

Request you to update the "ERROR_PARAMETERS" column in exception table with something like below for easier identification,

Record already exists for ISTM_BIC_DIRECTORY
Record already exists for ISTM_CLEARING_CODE
Record already exists for ISTB_BIC_DIR_PLUS
