Issue With Bulk Reassignment in Currency Transaction Report (CTR) Application (Doc ID 2470741.1)

While trying to re-assign multiple CTR's, the following error message is displayed.

"This action cannot be performed as you have encountered an unknown system error. Please contact your system administrator"


The steps to reproduce are as follows.

1) Select multiple CTR records from the CTR list by clicking on the selection checkbox on the far left hand side of the grid.

2) Click Action, and select "Reassign" as the action, populate the "Assign To:" field.  

3) Make a selection on the "Standard Comments" dropdown, and the issue should be observed.
