Symptoms

When user is creating a workflow for admin user in different entities with the same name, she is getting "System cannot process the request currently. Please try later.." error.

In the log, it is found-     ORA-00001: unique constraint (DIGX_AP_WORKFLOW_UK)

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1> Login with admin user.
2> Go to left menu -> Approvals -> Workflow Managment
3> Create a workflow for the admin user. i.e Workflow_admin
4> change entity other than default entity.
5> Go to left menu -> Approvals -> Workflow Managment
6> Create a workflow for the admin user with the same name. i.e
Workflow_admin
