Getting "System cannot process the request currently. Please try later." Message While Trying to Initiate a Payment from "Favorites" Screen, If the Branch Code of Payee’s Account Is Changed at UBS End (Doc ID 2473642.1)

Symptoms

User is not able to initiate previously saved transaction in "Favorites", if payee account's branch code has been changed at UBS end. In the screen, user is getting "System cannot process the request currently. Please try later."

Simulation Steps:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Do one internal transfer and mark it as favorite. 

2. Change branch code for one account no for the payee at UBS end.

3. Re-do the transfer from "Favorites" screen.

4. Observe that on screen "System cannot process the request currently. Please try later." message is appearing. Below expection can be observed in obdx.log:

Caused By: java.lang.NullPointerException

at com.ofss.digx.app.common.service.financialInstitution.BICCodeDirectory.read(BICCodeDirectory.java:199)
