ERROR PAGE Is Displayed on Click on File Reference Number after uploading the bulk file (Doc ID 2477913.1)

Symptoms

When bulk file is uploaded using "Bulk file upload" and to view the file,on click of file reference number it shows Error page.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upload Bulk file
2. Once uploaded,Click on uploaded file reference no

Due to this issue, users cannot view the uploaded file and its status
