Issue with first time login for new user created.

Simulation_Steps:
1- Created record in SMDUSRDF. Saved
2-Unlocked record and made changes to Name. Saved and authorized.

while doing first login it is given error with error description 1 .

Expectation - It should not throw error and allow login without any issue.

Note: This issue is observed when tanking is enabled.
