OFSLL - We need the ability to stop interest and fee assessment for MA contract state accounts

As part of a compliance issue, we need to stop interest and fee assessments on MA contract state accounts which are in REPO. Is there a maintenance transaction we can use to accomplish one or both? Do you have any other suggestions?
