KYC Cases Not Generated After Running Batch (Doc ID 2487083.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.0 version, KYC cases are not getting generated after completion of batch.

Client has followed below steps:

Execute DI batch by executing the below queries for the newly added customers.

Step 1:


Step 2: Access batch execution screen using KYC Admin User.

Step 3: Execute the DI KYC batch jobs. Then run EOD batch followed by DI.
