Single Alert Is Not Getting Promoted To Case (Doc ID 2488574.1)

Symptoms

Unable to perform Promote To Case action on an alert

 

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Login into Application
  2. Navigate to AML module
  3. Access an alert on which you want to perform "Promote To Case" action
  4. Alert details page -> Disposition tab
  5. Select Promote to case.(Here the user was unable to perform the action).

 

Error observed on UI:

 "This action cannot be performed as you have encountered an unknown system error. Please contact your system administrator".

 

Error observed in UMMService.log is:

ORA-02291: integrity constraint (OFSAAFCCM.FK_696_2) violated - parent key not found
ORA-06512: at "OFSAAFCCM.PKG_PRMTCASE", line 3270
ORA-06512: at "OFSAAFCCM.PKG_PRMTCASE", line 2170
ORA-06512: at "OFSAAFCCM.PKG_PRMTCASE", line 880
