USSAR: Incorrect Selection Of 'Unknown' Under Form Of Identification When Multiple Subjects Added (Doc ID 2488639.1)

Last updated on NOVEMBER 10, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Financial Services Regulatory Reporting - Version 8.0.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On CRR 804:

If there are two subjects in the SAR, the system is requiring us to check BOTH of the UNKNOWN boxes.

In the event Subject #2 does not have a “Form of Identification” when checked the box UNKNOWN, which then amends Subject #1’s information which reflects the Driver’s License and now includes a X in the box UNKNOWN.

When client unchecks the box on Subject #1, it will remove the check in Subject #2’s profile which is incorrect.

Changes

Recently applied USSAR upgrade patches.
