Symptoms

Manage commom parameters not working under FATCA.
 (i.e. Jurisdiction drop-down is empty)

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Login into Application
  2. Access FATCA module
  3. Navigate to Administration -> Manage Parameters -> Manage FATCA Application Parameter.
