User(s) are unable to attach a file of size > 10 MB

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Login to application
  2. Access Enterprise Case Management
  3. Open a case -> Case details page
  4. Navigate to Evidence tab to attach the evidence
  5. Try attaching a file of size greater than 10 MB


Error on ui : SQL Exception Occured

Error in UMMService.log :
