After Authoriser Rejects Create Beneficiary Transaction for Modification while Updating it Gives Error as 'Record Already Updated' to Maker . (Doc ID 2491752.1)

Symptoms

Initiator is unable to modify the 'Create Beneficiary' transaction which was sent back for modification by the Authorizer. Error - 'Record already updated' is displayed when initiator clicks over 'Confirm' button to submit the modifications for 'Create Beneficiary' transaction.

Simulation steps:
Transaction - Beneficiary Maintenance -> Create Beneficiary Template
1. Log-in as initiator and initiate a 'Create Beneficiary Template'.
2. Log-in as Authorizer and send the transaction back to initiator for modification by clicking' Send for Modify' button.
3. Log-in as Initiator -> Go to 'Initiated Transcations' -> Click over 'Rejected for Modify' status and Confirm the modifications.
