Goal

Increase performance and enable parallel processing, several hints have been added to derived entities used for FR2314/Y11. We would be adding similar hints to the DEs used for FRY14Q/M reporting as well. However, these hints need to be retained post application of patches and re-saving of the DEs, and they shouldn't be overwritten.
