When an AD transfer request is raised and EDPMSTRRHANDOFF job is run, system is not generating TRR file.

When an AD transfer request is raised and "EDPMSTRRHANDOFF" job is run, system is not generating TRR file due to no. of bills are not considered from handoff and invoice tables.
