Symptoms

KYC Risk score is not getting populated in ECM screen.

Steps to reproduce:

 

  1. Login into ECM
  2. Search a case and access case details page
  3. Navigate to KYC Risk Score tab in case details page
  4. Risk score details page appears blank.
