Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When user logs in first time to OBDX, skip security questions option does not work.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should able to skip security questions and proceed while doing first time login on OBDX.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with newly created user
2. Accept the terms and condition
3. Change password for the user
4.Now on Set security question screen click on skip button screen got stuck.
