Symptoms
When attempting to initiate a checkbook request, the following error is sent by core banking.

Length of the input check number is not same as the length of the mask maintained for this branch
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access application as retail user
2. Go to current and saving
3. Chequebook request
