OBPM 14.1 - Queue Status Not Displayed In BO, Repair Queue Screens In View Queue Action (Doc ID 2497121.1)

On : 14.1.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

OBPM 14.1 PS12 - Queue Status not displayed in BO, Repair Queue Screens in View Queue Action

It is observed that the Queue Status is displayed as blank in View Queue Action subscreen of Repair Queue, BO Queue screens.

The issue was actually reported for Repair Queue screen with below simulation steps.

1.) Process an Incoming pacs.008 with invalid creditor IBAN.
2.) Transaction will routed to TR Queue.
3.) Validate the txn record details from the TR queue. Click on View Queue Action and verify the Queue Status.

Note :- The same is visible(Pending) when redirected from View transaction details screen.

On further analysis, it is observed that the issue is not related to specific transaction type and the issue is encountered for all types of transaction (SCT Incoming, SCT Outgoing & SDD Incoming).
Also, the issue is simulated in other queue screens as well, like BO queue screen.

It is observed that it is a display issue, due to the option value 'P' not maintained for the field Queue Status in PQDVWQAC and instead 'U' is mapped as pending.


Expected Result:-
 
Queue status should be displayed upon click on View Queue Action
