In OBDX with OAM Authentication Installation, User Is Unable to Un-Register Device (Doc ID 2498792.1)

Symptoms

In OBDX Mobile application, if alternate log in mechanism is enabled (device specific authentication method using PIN, Pattern or Finger Print ) device got registered in OBDX database. As per the functionality, user can un-register the device, if she does not want alternate log in from that device. It is reported that if OBDX is using OAM+OUD for authentication, this device un-register feature is not working, and user can log in using alternate log in method even after un-registering.

Changes

OBDX is using OAM authentication and OUD is being used as corresponding directory server.
