CL - IRR related data not restored correctly after deletion of saved payment of loan account

After payment upon loan account is saved, the accrued amount and current NPV accrued amount related to Internal Rate of Return (IRR) are recalculated, which is correct system behavior.
After payment is deleted though (without authorization, but deletion after save) the described above amounts are not restored as they were before payment, but are kept as if the payment has been processed and not deleted.
