Symptoms

User gets locked even when he/she regularly uses/logins to the FCDB (FLEXCUBE Direct Banking) application using one of the channels. 

This issue is typically observed if user doesn't uses one of the FCDB channels (say mobile banking) and uses only other one or two channels (say internet, SMS banking) on regular basis over long period of time.
