On : 8.0 version, Web UI

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

 KYC RAOR Service not Working

We are trying to acccess ROAR service using the URL http://<ip>:7001/ofsaa/services/KYCRAORService?wsdl on browser but it is not working.
we also tried the URL on SOAP UI but it is returing following error while opening.

The following error is displayed on SOAP UI when URL is entered:
Error loading [http:///ofsaa/services/KYCRAORService?wsdl]: org.apache.xmlbeans.XmlException: org.apache.xmlbeans.XmlException: error: Unexpected element: OPEN_TAG
