Push notification not going for payments (Internal transfer)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as retail user
2. Go to payments --> Transfer
3. Select existing payee
4. Complete payment
5. The PUSH notification is not received for initiated payment
