While refreshing customer account statement using register report transaction under corporate service user faces error :The system has encountered an error while processing the request.
Stack trace observed in logs:
Caused by: [SOAPException: faultCode=SOAP-ENV:Client; msg=Error opening socket: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused; targetException=java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Error opening socket: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused]
This issue might be faced generally after change in BI (Oracle Business Intelligence) service URL
