Symptoms

When attempting to Transfer money to existing payee,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
No future dated transactions found

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as Retail user
2. Go to Payments - >Transfer
3. Select pay to existing payee
4. Do a pay now transactions
5. Click submit
6. Error on verify page - No future dated transactions found 
7. Click on confirm
8. Transaction successful
