Symptoms

Self Transfer not coming under approver's queue

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as bank admin
2. Create a workflow with one corporate checker user
3. Create rule - select initiator as a corporate maker user , all financial transactions and select approval required and select the workflow created above
4. Confirm
5. Login as corporate maker
6. Initiate self funds transfer (transfer to own account)
7. Confirmation screen shows - Transaction pending for approval
