ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The PUSH notification is not received for initiated payment


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The PUSH notification should be received on mobile device for initiated payment

STEPS
-----------------------
1.The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
2.Login as retail user
3.Go to payments->Transfer
4.Select existing payee
5.Complete payment
