Value Date Of Incoming SCT Txn Is Getting Flipped To Next Day (Doc ID 2503503.1)

Goal

Defect Description:

Value date of incoming SCT transaction is getting flipped to next day when sanction response is received as "PASS" on next day.

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Upload SCT Incoming PACS008 txn in such a way that the transaction is waiting for Sanction response for the whole day.
2. Upload SANCTION Response stub as PASS on next day
3.Validate the value date of SCT incoming transaction after Sanction PASS on next day in PADIVIEW screen of Payments.

Expected Result:

Value date of incoming SCT transaction should not be flipped to next value date when sanction response is received as PASS on next day.

Actual Result:

Value date of incoming SCT transaction is getting flipped to next day when sanction response is received on next day in PADIVIEW screen of Payment.

NB: We were under impression that PSD flag plays a role, but it is not happening based on PSD flag, all transaction  are moving to T+1 value date.
