Bank Report RPTB40 Does Not Show Status and Country Details (Doc ID 2505437.1)

Symptoms

BI Report RPTB40 is a Bank Report which is for the Customer Profile Detail. When the Customer ID is Keyed in and the Report is Generated - the Status and Country is not shown.

Below are the steps to simulate the issue -

1. Login to BI Application and generate the RPTB40 Report.

2. Notice the missing fields - Status and Country. Also the currency is not proper.

Changes

 There are no changes to the environment which has triggered this event.
