FCDB Customer Report CRTC01 Does Not Show Country Currency and Status (Doc ID 2505445.1)

Symptoms

CRTC01 is a BI Report showing the details of Customer Profile. When the particular Customer ID is Input and Report is generated - the Report does not show all the data correctly.

Below are the fields which are not shown / incorrectly shown -

1- Country
2- currency
3- Status

The Issue can be simulated by the below steps -

1. Login into BI Application and generate the Customer Report CRTC01.

2. Check the Report containing the details of Customer Profile.

Changes

 No changes to the environment has been done which triggers this problem.
